Individual Therapy
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. By understanding how our mind works, we deepen our relationship with the Self and move toward greater alignment and awareness.
In therapy, we explore the connection between our conscious identity (ego) and our deeper Self. This includes uncovering unconscious patterns, integrating shadow work, dismantling limiting beliefs, and learning to live in alignment with our values. For those engaging in plant medicine, therapy also provides essential integration, helping to ground insights into lasting change. I’m a bit of a psychonaut myself, not just with plants.
If you’re ready to step into a more authentic version of yourself, I invite you to reach out.

Psycho-Spiritual Coaching
True transformation happens when we bridge psychological insight with spiritual depth. My approach to psycho-spiritual coaching blends depth psychology, mindfulness, and soul work to help you uncover unconscious patterns, integrate shadow content, and realign with your authentic Self.
Through this work, we explore:
The Ego and Self strengthening the connection between your conscious identity and deeper wisdom.
Dismantling old belief systems that no longer serve you.
Shadow integration—bringing awareness to the hidden aspects of your psyche.
Living in alignment with your values to cultivate purpose and authenticity.
Integration of plant medicine journeys, ensuring insights become embodied transformation.
Whether you seek to develop a new habit, break an old one, set goals for the year and stay on track, psycho-spiritual coaching provides a space for profound self-discovery and growth.

Couples Therapy - Dialogue Therapy
Dialogue Therapy is a structured, therapeutic approach designed to help couples and individuals navigate conflict and deepen emotional intimacy through intentional, reflective dialogue. Rooted in psychodynamic and relational principles, it was developed by Dr. Polly Young-Eisendrath and Dr. Ed Epstein, integrating Buddhist psychology, psychoanalysis, and Jungian thought. In my approach to therapy, I integrate Dialogue Therapy as a powerful tool for helping couples and individuals navigate conflict, strengthen emotional connection, and cultivate deeper self-awareness. Rather than seeking quick resolution, Dialogue Therapy focuses on staying in the conversation—creating space for both partners to feel truly heard, seen, and respected.
This method emphasizes:
• Speaking for Yourself: Moving beyond blame, reactivity, and defense mechanisms to foster honest, intentional communication.
• Listening Mindfully: Honoring individual perspectives while staying emotionally present in the relationship.
• Remaining Curious: Learning to recognize unconscious patterns, regulate emotions, and communicate from a place of clarity rather than reactivity.
For those who feel stuck in recurring conflicts or struggle to communicate effectively, Dialogue Therapy provides a structured, supportive framework to break old cycles and build a more conscious, connected relationship.
If you’re ready to engage in a new way of relating, I invite you to reach out. There are specific parameters around engaging in this work which we can discuss.

Group Therapy
It’s my desire to generate enough interest in a healing circle for either men and women, women only or men only. To be determined based in interest at a later time.
