My Approach
I am a dynamic psycho-therapist and psycho-spiritual coach, with a foundation in Jungian psychology, trauma work, and the complexities of interpersonal relationships. My approach integrates mindfulness, meditation, and deep exploration of the nature of the mind to help clients cultivate greater self-awareness and emotional balance. I am passionate about guiding others toward a stronger sense of agency in their lives, helping them claim their inner authority, and fostering meaningful connections within themselves and their relationships.
About Me
I have been recovered from ‘alcoholism’ for over 20 years, an experience that has shown me both the profound harm it can cause and the complexities of living a sober life, especially within a culture where its use is so ingrained. I deeply understand the challenges of this path, but I have also discovered immense healing through community, ritual, and supportive circles where sound, movement, and plant medicine foster transformation. I welcome all who are on the journey of recovery—not just from substances, but from the conditioned human experience itself. For those seeking a deeper connection to life, a greater sense of meaning, and the wonder that exists in every moment, this path is rich with discovery.
I believe one of the most important things we can do is deepen our understanding of how the mind works and explore the psychology of the Self, helping to develop a more conscious relationship with the ego. The word psychology originates from the idea of “soul expression,” reminding us that while each soul is unique, the fundamental structures of the mind operate through shared biological and psychological principles.
According to Jungian thought, the Ego-Self Axis represents the dynamic relationship between our everyday consciousness (ego) and the greater totality of who we are (Self). When this axis is in balance, the ego is not inflated nor disconnected from the deeper wisdom of the Self—it becomes an integrated bridge rather than an obstacle. By studying the nature of the mind and attuning to our soul’s expression, we strengthen this connection, fostering inner harmony.
Understanding the interplay between thoughts, emotions, and feelings not only deepens self-awareness but also supports our journey of awakening, allowing us to live with greater authenticity and alignment.
Understand Your Mind
Your mind is constantly in contact with something, shaping your experience in every moment. What it engages with is essential to deepening our sense of Self and fostering a greater connection within. I am deeply fascinated by human conditioning and the profound influence the mind has on how we perceive and navigate our existence. My passion lies in helping others find freedom within this small yet powerful organ—one that shapes the course of our lives in ways we often overlook.

In person or Virtual
In-person therapy is always ideal, as it fosters a unique energetic presence—something beyond just the two individuals in the room—that naturally supports transformation. While virtual sessions are available, beginning with in-person meetings helps establish the essential rapport and sense of comfort needed for deeper work. For couples therapy, I exclusively offer in-person sessions to ensure the necessary depth of connection and engagement.
